Energy healing is a good fit for anyone looking for nervous system support, emotional release, guidance, and/or general help and healing from past and current traumas and challenges.
To me, energy healing is sort of like an embodied mix of talk therapy, parts work, and clearing old patterns, with some psychic guidance. My goal is for each client to leave with an embodied, cellular-level shift in how they relate to themselves, and therefore the world​. I want them to walk away feeling clear on what their next move is as they become more aligned with their best life.
Sacred Touch is the base modality I work from, and I finished a 6-month shamanic-healing-based mentorship training with Lela Sky in March of 2026. Shamanism, within the context of me being a colonized person, means connecting with the understanding and methods of pre-colonized, earth-relational, and intuitional wisdom of my pre-colonized ancestors. It’s a reclaiming of that which was taken and kept from most of us who have been colonized.
I have two offerings within the energy work I currently do:
Option 1 – Energy healing
- includes a tailored experience for whatever you want to heal, release, and know
- 1.5 hours
- $80 – $120 sliding scale
- fully clothed, under a sheet and blanket, on a heated massage table
- optional: drum bath, tarot reading, and/or essential oils
I generally rest my hands under the heals, lower back, upper back, head, and shoulder; on top of just below the belly button, just above the belly button, and upper center chest near the heart; and along the sides of the ribs. All of these areas are optional, and my hands can be above the body instead of on the body. We will check in for 15 minutes before the session to discuss these options.
The purpose is any or all of the following:
- release blocked emotions (noise-making is welcome)
- support physical healing
- relax the sympathetic nervous system
- find intuitive guidance
- enjoy the feeling of loving human touch

Option 2 – Energy calming
- focuses on calming and settling your nervous system
- 1 hour
- $60 – $100 sliding scale
- fully clothed, and on a heated massage table
- optional: drum bath and/or essential oils
Option 3 – Tarot reading and energy healing integration session
- clients are welcome to record the reading and take pictures of the tarot spread
- the energy healing portion helps integrate the messages from the tarot reading
- 1 hour
- $70-$100 sliding scale
- either in-person or online
ACCESSIBILITY: There are four stairs with sturdy railings to access the front door to my office. There are no wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. Please let me know in the booking form if you want to discuss the possibility of a home-visit.
